How the French Lost The Battle
To My Previous Predecessors,
I give you my strongest condolences for the pity misfortunes you have experienced while serving in this position. During your short terms, I believe that you have choose to persevere due to the enourmous reward given upon the completion of the task. However, the predicted course of the plan was proven to be inaccurate and has resulted in major disappointment. Many of you, if not all, has been caught in the same predicament which has led to your force resignation. Those events in the past has reminded me to be very careful in exerting my leadership and has allowed myself for certain modification in conducting the day to day operations. Nevertheless, the task we face involves a very complex procedure in an unstable enviroment where the rule of law is not above all. It is an everchanging situation which does not tolerate any lapse in concentration throughout the whole process. We must not make matters worst by finger pointing and using smear campaign amongst each other. There must be measures taken to consolidate our position and finished the task given together. I assure you that although none of you will receive the credit and public recognition, I will recommend your names to the Highest Order. In addition, I also pledge my support to all of you wholesomely.
I would like to give my special thanks to those who have warned me beforehand. I appreciate you kind attention and will take your opinions seriously as you have had prior experience in this post. I have high hopes on our future cooperation to enable things running as planned. May we unite for the common goal. As the Three Musketeers have said, "All for one, and one for all.".
Best Regards,
Current Officer In Charge
