Jack Bauer

The woods are lonely, dark, and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

Robert Frost, Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening
(New Hampshire, 1922)

Updates is a central part intergrated into my psyche, as one man is only smarter by one book to the other. Supplements are primary needs I attend to. Most back issues does not tantilate my yearing for substantial reasoning while new editions are never groundbreaking enough for this pragmatic soul of mine. I need to be that guy who receives yesterday paper today. Hell no, i need this week's magazine issue to be delivered last week. Its better when the better part of the information influx is neatly summarized. Helicopter view looks less sophisticated and secondary level distractions are automatically filtered.

We met a few times this week while I miss her in plentiful ammounts. The cards said that i'm denial about tieing the knot. In my defence, I assert that i've always been pristine in implying intentions and whatnots. Carry a big stick and speak softly was Theodore Roosevelt foreign policy aproach after stumbling onto some old African proverb. Mine would be light a fire on both side of the fields and they'll set each other off when they meet in the middle. After all the commotion then the field would be cleared for direct access. It's traditional  divide et impera rule of thumb proved effective since the Dutch colonial days. Seems our mentality did'nt evolve that much by 300 years.

On this rainy day street lights are preserved in order for Jakartans to enjoy an alternative darkness to the usual glarry city lights. We need a sharp eye to turn and swerve while keeping a big nerve to shout and cry wolf at the same time. When relocation with tribal chiefs has been approved I'll know that life has taken a new beginning.
